Why I became a CFR – Part 2

Today’s post about why he decided to become a community first responder is from Darren Wailes of our Somersham group.

“I became a CFR due to a passion for wanting to make a difference in my local community.

A recent call out made me realise just what we can do for people by being there, from the reassurance that more help is on its way, to saving lives.

It’s an amazing thing to do and I would advise anyone thinking about it to give it a go!
